Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as inspecting, lubricating, and cleaning equipment. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing problems, machinery, compressors, hydrolics, etc. Replace faulty parts and components. Follow safety procedures and regulations. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of various trades, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals. Familiarity with safety procedures and regulations. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
