We are currently recruiting Maintenance Technicians to complete maintenance tasks to support the comfort and safety of tenants. This is a Monday through Friday, 8: 00 a.M. To 5: 00 p.M. Job. Possible temp to hire for the right candidate.
Respond to maintenance requests Inspecting apartment systems.
Identify repair or maintenance needs such as touching up paint or painting walls, mowing grass, pulling weeds or trimming bushes.
Documenting tenant work requests for repairs and maintenance records.
