Job Description

Receptionist will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing a welcoming and professional atmosphere. This role involves managing front-office duties, scheduling appointments, handling patient inquiries, and ensuring efficient operation of the reception area.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and check in patients in a friendly and professional manner.
Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments as needed.
Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries with accurate information.
Collect and verify patient information, including insurance details and medical history.
Process patient registrations, payments, and medical records.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
Handle medical correspondence and documentation with confidentiality and accuracy.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and photocopying.
